SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once the order is processed, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (Mexico): 2 to 7 business days
• International: 7 to 15 business days
  These are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, customs, logistical delays, etc.).

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, which will be clearly indicated in the store.

4. Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

5. Taxes and Duties
International shipments may be subject to taxes or duties based on the destination country's regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the provided shipping address is correct and complete. We are not liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Returned or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to our studio due to reasons beyond our control (incorrect address, prolonged absence, unclaimed at customs, etc.), the customer may request reshipment by covering the new shipping costs.
