Due to the boutique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds except in cases of defective items or shipping errors. These issues must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order by emailing info@pdabrand.com, including photographic evidence and order number.
PDA BRAND will review each case and reserves the right to approve or deny the request.
